Safe-Direct is a great broker firm to use

Trying to find the best broker to use was a job in itself. I narrowed down my choices to Safe-Direct and a different broker in Miami, FL. After reading all of the reviews online and the BBB ratings for both companies, I selected Safe-Direct. Tom at Safe-Direct spent so much time on the phone with me; he was so helpful. Tom listed my car online for a carrier to pick up which occurred right away. However, the carrier that wanted to ship my car turned out to have insurance problems. Tom re-listed my car again until a carrier that met my expectations came around. The car carrier I selected changed the pick up date to 1 day before originally scheduled, which was not conducive to my schedule. I called Tom to tell him what happened and he immediately relisted my car online. I reselected another carrier and everything worked out fine. I received my car in FL 8 days later. Tom even followed up with me to make sure everything went OK.

If you are going to ship your car, I would highly recommend using Safe-Direct. Tom is the best and he will make sure you receive the best customer service possible. Shipping your car can be scary, but with Safe-Direct it does not have to be.
