My contact at Safe-Direct was always on the ball. He made sure I had the information I needed and followed up to make sure that things were going smoothly. The carrier driver was very kind and respectful. He answered all of my questions about the route he was taking, the predicted weather along the route and the time it would take him to deliver my car. He was very quick in loading and off loading my vehicle as well. Aside from showing up a bit early everything about my experience was perfect.
