Overall, good experience for auto transport. Everyone was professional and kept me informed through each step of the process. Price seemed reasonable for a cross country trip. Just one tip for those of you shipping your car via open carrier. Your car may not be facing forward during transport so make sure decorative trim pieces are well secured to vehicle. Some pieces are not designed to stay attached while getting freeway speed wind from the wrong direction and if they blow off during transport, they are not considered to be from fault of the carrier.
