Excellent customer service! This was not the first company I chose, I had to cancel that order because there was no follow-up and no movement on the car. I went to Transport Reviews and chose Safe-Direct because of the reviews. My rep was knowledgeable and honestly explained the process. She kept me informed every step of the way and 2 days after I contacted them my car was delivered to my college student in Baton Rouge. Jennifer you are awsome!
