Overall I am very satisfied with Honesty First Auto Transport and highly recommend them to anyone who needs to ship a vehicle. Make sure you ask for David Franco. They properly filled their obligations to have my car picked up and delivered in a timely manner and matched the best price quote I got from Stateway Auto Transport Inc. and gave me the carrier information before I had to pay them anything, which is why I chose them over Stateway. David was really good to work with and communicated with me very well both over the phone and email. I did a lot of research and spoke to several other companies before I chose to work with Honesty First. I have to admit that I was a bit skeptical at first because when I called the first person I spoke to (I don't know his name) at Honesty first was quite curt and did not represent the company very well, but after I started to deal with David I was far more at ease and pleased with the professionalism and communication. I had a bit of a unique experience where I had to have my vehicle picked up from a Vehicle Processing Center (VPC) in Tacoma, WA where my car was shipped to from Hawaii, so I had to make sure I had the exact and correct contact information for the carrier driver so the VPC would release my car to them. David worked very well with me to get me that information and made sure I had what I needed to complete the transaction. I was a bit concerned that my car did not get picked up by the carrier on the day they said it would be, so I emailed David and he quickly responded and confirmed that my car was picked up and En route. My car arrived safe and in good condition. It was quite dusty, but I figured that would happen since it was shipped on a ocean carrier from Hawaii to Tacoma and then traveled 4000+ miles on an open carrier across the country, so I am not really surprised or concerned with that. The carrier had good communication with me when they were getting closer and gave me updates on when they would and did arrive. Again, I am very satisfied and highly recommend Honesty First Auto Transport.
