This was the first time I've had a vehicle transported and I was very apprehensive about it, but overall it was a good experience. The person I dealt with for the most was was David and he was very helpful in explaining the process and answering any questions I had. The transport company used was Ace Auto Trans and the car arrived a little dusty, but was in pretty good shape with nothing missing inside.
I was initially quoted $995 for the move from PA to CA, but ended up paying $1095. I had a specific date I had to get the car picked up by which I had notified HonestyFirst when scheduling the move since I had a flight to catch. When it got closer to the deadline and I didn't hear from dispatch, I e-mailed David. He responded quickly, mentioning that none of the transport co picked up on the bid as of yet and that increasing the $ offered would increase the chances of getting one of a co to pick up the car, which was why I ended up paying more than what was initially quoted.
Overall, I would recommend this company to others and would probably use it again if I had to move.
