The reason I chose Honesty First is that they have a very clear website, with very informative movies about the process. I recommend having a look at their website for a basic understanding.
The most frequent complaint about brokers is that they promise a price and then raise it afterward. I had no such problem with Honesty First, which gave me a quote that they respected.
My car arrived in good condition.
The reason I do not give 5 stars is for a minor point: even though I told both Honesty First (the broker) and FHT auto transport (the actual carrier) that my favored date was towards the end of the 5-day window, my car got picked up at the very first day of the window I gave. In addition, the time of pick up was set in stone and could not be moved by even an hour to arrange me. I am sure that this is standard practice so just be aware that you will have to be flexible.
