Ship Stuff was right on it from the get go. Nicole from the company called to let me know they would be picking the car up in Seattle on Monday. The order was placed with them on the weekend and they were already calling to schedule the pick up! How is that for service! I was told it could take a week or more but no...they got right on it and scheduled the delivery.

I was concerned Ship Stuff may have difficulty reaching the shipping party and recommended they text him instead of calling. They followed my instruction and got in touch with him easily. They picked up of the vehicle on Monday as scheduled and called me to advise the vehicle would be in Arizona the following evening or Wednesday morning at the latest. Imagine how surprised I was to hear it would be at my house so soon! I was told by several companies it could take a week or two as they pick up cars in other areas before they could deliver it to me. Now, Ship Stuff is calling to tell me it would be here in a day or two - WOW!

Sure enough, Nicole called me early Wednesday morning and the vehicle was delivered to me before 9am, less than 2 days from when they picked it up in Seattle! The vehicle was delivered in great shape - so simple and easy!

I would highly recommend Ship Stuff for your transport. Don't let the simple name fool you...they are professionals in their job and communicate effectively making it a transparent process and keeping you in the loop the entire time.
