Earlier in February, I purchased a vehicle from Audi Vancouver. They promised me they have a reliable shipping company and thats how ship my ride became involved. From the beginning the company has being an absolute nightmare to deal with. My car was picked up from Audi Vancouver on February 15th 2019. I was told the shipping process would take two weeks approximately. February 28th after trying to contact them via email and phone call for the entire week I finally got a message back after I complained to my sales rep at Audi. They told me my vehicle had being sitting in Calgary awaiting transport to Ontario. I was never told about any hold over points in the shipping of my vehicle so obviously I was upset my car had being sitting in Calgary for 13 days. They gave me another delivery date of March 1st. For the next few days they refused to contact me until March 4th telling me they had incurred hydraulic issues with the truck and also that there had being issues with the weather. I had being checking the weather diligently to know this was a lie. Along with the hydraulic issue which they tell customers every time they are incapable of meeting the deadline set by them. I was told my vehicle would be in Ontario March 6th and that I would updated March 5th with another update of what time my car will be in Ontario. I once again had to contact them because they failed to do so in a timely matter. I was once again promised the vehicle would be here on March 8th. I called my insurance company to begin the process of insuring the vehicle because they had guaranteed delivery on Friday. I had to correct them on where to ship the vehicle as well, even though I requested a specific address multiple times to Audi. They told me the car would be dropped off at night time because the driver had two stops prior. One in Mississauga and another in Scarborough both distances within an hour from the agreed delivery point. I emailed them everyday from the 4th to the 8th to make sure they would not break the delivery date. They once again promised the 8th as the final date. They told me at worst the car would be there early Saturday morning on March 9th and also promised to notify me once the vehicle was at the location of delivery. Since March 7th they have once again refused to keep in contact with me. The car was never delivered to the location and still isn't. Ive called and followed up with multiple emails.
