Requested transport service two weeks in advance, paid the refundable deposit, no communication hours prior to arranged pick up date, to find out that my car was not going to be picked up. Rescheduled again with Ben Kats from Ship it Quick to reschedule pick for the next day. Again no communication and again my car was not pick-up. Tried calling Ben for status and my calls were ignored. Will be requesting my deposit of $200 and will be contacting another reliable and professional broker.
