My husband and I are PCSing to Hawaii and I had everything ready to go back in March. I was told they would pick up my car in TX truck to CA and ship to Hawaii. Its just about a month before my scheduled pick up and I havent really heard anything from ANYONE. Apparently, the employee assigned to my case, Dylan, passed away, my condolences I realize that it takes time for a company to recover, HOWEVER, I was NEVER informed on anything meanwhile Ive already paide money to secure my spot. I hope this company makes some changes VERY quickly so I can change this review entirely. Not impressed so far. Terrible.
