I was very disappointed with company, I chose them because the rep-Chris or Thomas I think assured me I was in good hands and he chose quality carriers but the carrier- Starway Logistics they chose for me was horrible. If you can avoid this broker do so or at least look up the carrier they choose for you and decline if it is Starway. The customer service is horrible and unprofessional. When I called for a status update the rude guy David said they were closed on weekends, which I didn't know. But he only said this after answering all of my questions when he could have been upfront and said we're closed. Then he called me back and harassed me for not saying bye. I could never get an accurate update of where the car was and it was delivered late so I had someone else receive the car and it was damaged. The person receiving the car didn't know what to look and the driver did no inspection. the person sent me pics and right away i called the driver and sent him pics. And the driver was always yelling and had thick accent so he got frustrated when asked to repeat himself. When I called Emma to see what I can do about the damage she said she called but because the car was signed for the carrier was giving her the run around. If this is a carrier they frequently work with and the treated her this was, imagine the treatment I received. She never returns vm calls and i ahd to call daily just to get a response for 2 weeks. If the carrier looks at the pics and bill of lading when the car was picked up vs the pics of when it was delivered, they can clearly see the damage wasn't present when picked up. The time stamp of the text shows I notified the driver shortly after he delivered and ran off with the money.
