Review of Ship It Quick, LLC an auto transport broker homebased in Dover, DE In early October, 2018 I contacted Ship It Quick, LLC for a quote in picking up my newly acquired 2014 Toyota FJ Cruiser at the Toyota Dealership in Seattle, Washington and delivering it to my home in South Georgia (USA). I dealt with Mr. Mike Froio. Mike was very responsive to my many questions in regards to time, date, price and what to expect. All previous vehicle transports were arrange by the military or Department of Defense for PCS (Permanent Change of Station). As military members nothing ever went as planned and often times we are left with only what we could carry with us. Mike put my mind at ease simply because he did not seem pushy, insensitive or agitated. My vehicle was picked up as planned but the transport did NOT go without a hitch. Although Mike and I conversed the day of pickup and a few times during the transport, he always updated me as to the status of my delivery date. I knew that there may be some delays because of weather and the route that the driver was taking, and I was OK with that, however; somewhere between Seattle and South Georgia my bumper was damaged in what appeared to be getting caught on something during the unloading evolution. This was not discovered until about 15 minutes after the driver pulled away. I immediately contacted the driver who promised to “make it right” after I texted and emailed him photos. I kept Mike in the loop as well. Mike also contacted the Owner/Operator of the shipping company who also told Mike that he would “make it right”. We both felt confident that he would, but as the week went on, the driver would not return either of our calls, texts or emails. Mike was with me every step of the way, and promised to work through this with me. I know that he could hear my frustration. I contacted the Owner/Operator’s insurance company to make my claim in accordance with our agreement which states that any claims go against the shipping company, not Ship It Quick. No luck as the claim was below the deductible in the policy. I sent the Owner/Operator certified letters which were also ignored to this day, 02 February 2019 of my intent to file a lawsuit for damages. Nothing in life goes 100% smooth, but when there is an issue or problem, how the company responds can cure a lot of hurt feelings. I can say this, Mike Froio is a ROCKSTAR! He has answered every question truthfully; he has responded to every phone call, text and email promptly and has never wavered; he has gone above and beyond our contractual agreement in every way possible. This mishap is not the fault of Ship It Quick and I have been advised that this particular Owner/Operator has been put on their Do Not Use List because of this. To anyone wanting to ship a vehicle, I would not hesitate to contact Mike Froio at Ship It Quick, LLC. again. His direct number is (302) 257-2095. He has earned my trust, my faith, referral and my repeat business. John W. Department of Defense

John- In the auto shipping industry, accidents do happen which is why we went above and beyond on your case to make sure you had a positive experience with us, even if the carrier was not up to par. We look forward to helping you in the future, and of course we thank you for your service!
