14 November 2018 at 2215 I would like to amend my comment and apologize to Ship it Quick for accusing them of charging me the full amount of quoted price, before my Cadillac CTS V arrived in Dallas. That was not true. As it turns out, on the same day I booked the transport, an unauthorized withdrawal had been made from my acct. in the EXACT amount off the transport. I would be happy to submit my bank statement to you that would verify what I am saying. It was an honest mistake. Once I realized this, I called the driver and requested he return & I would pay him $400, in cash, & this was done. First & foremost, I'd like to state that this is America. I have the right to speak my mind and/or write about my experience. This is not your website & I will not be bullied by you or anyone else. Nor will you bully my mother. This website is for people just like me, looking for the best form of transport, as there are many to choose from. All of your reviews are excellent from what I read. However, notwithstanding the mistake I made regarding the payment for your services, of which I apologized & promptly paid your driver, the experience I had after Ship it Quick took possession of my 2013 Cadillac CTS V in Huntsville, AL, was less than satisfactory for a myriad of reasons, listed below. After the money for the purchase of this vehicle had been received by Bentley Motor Company & I signed the car purchase agreement the following day, I informed your employee of this & he immediately dispatched a driver that he stated was 15 to 20 minutes away from the dealership. I was helpless as to what transpired between Bentley Motors & Ship it Quick at that point. They both accused the other of lying about not answering one another's phone calls as an excuse for their lack of communication. You're more than welcome to contact Adrian at Bentley Motors in Huntsville, AL. Again, I personally was helpless regarding that vehicle from the moment I wired the money on Wednesday, the 7th, until Sunday evening when the vehicle finally arrived in Dallas. By the way, the driver? Was fantastic. Very professional & very specific about his location and ETA. I was informed by the driver, Sunday evening that he had not left Huntsville, AL until the following day, Friday, 9 November. We were led to believe there was a possibility my vehicle would arrive Friday evening. I was disappointed when it didn't but I went to bed & hoped for the best. in the morning we were assured the vehicle would be in Dallas later that afternoon. My mother & I made a bet, at her insistence, about what time the vehicle would arrive. She cheated & called your employee who told her she would probably win the bet. Giving an ETA of around 7pm. 7pm came & went. At around 10pm, my mother made contact & was put in touch with the driver who stated he was almost to Mississippi! When she told me this, I became very upset. Almost to Mississippi? Ship it Quick had traveled 85 miles on Saturday night after picking my vehicle up, on Thursday? All the while, my mother & I were being led to believe on two occasions, that the vehicle would arrive & it didn't. After my mother told me the driver was barely in MS, I wanted to know in EXACTLY what city my car was located at almost midnight, Saturday. I was IGNORED by your employee. Ignored & troubled, to the point that I texted your employee that if he didn't tell me where the vehicle was, I was going to call the police. I'd had quite enough by that point. I never went to bed that night. It's very stressful to purchase a vehicle sight unseen. CTS V's are difficult to find. My 2006 CTS V, (68k miles) was totaled by a family member, 3 months ago. I purchased that car from a dealership in Houston in 2009, sight unseen. I lived in Amarillo at the time. The car was transported without issue the day after purchase. My issues were with the dealership, who failed to send the necessary paperwork, etc... I didn't slander your employee. Did I threaten him? Use foul language? Demand to know where my vehicle was, sitting on an open transport, at midnight on Saturday 2 full days after it had been picked up? You damn right I did. I was incensed. Helpless. But actually, I was NOT helpless. There was an outlet for me to share my experience. Transport Reviews seemed to work magic because the following day? My CTS V arrived around 4pm, delivered by a very competent & polite man. If your employee had been honest about the pick up time, departure time, & arrival time? None of this would've happened. I had no problem waiting until Sunday. I'd been searching for anothr CTS V for 3 months and 8 days. A few more days, wouldn't have bothered me.He wasn't honest about the departure or arrival of my vehicle. He led my mother on for two days. BUT HIS BIGGEST MISTAKE? Was refusing to tell me where my vehicle was, specifically. He ignored me. I don't like to be ignored. No one does. There was no reason for him to refuse to tell me where my vehicle was. Unless he had something to hide. Complaints: i. Your employee intentionally misled my mother and I about when the vehicle would arrive, not once, but twice. I can provide any and all documentation for your review, of the conversations between my mother & I with your employee, including my bank statement. ii. We were lied to about when the vehicle actually left the city of Huntsville. iii. I was ignored when after 2 days and headed toward a 3rd day, I was ignored when I inquired about the CTS V. (that was the biggest insult) iv. My mother was being harassed & I was being threatened with legal action if I didn't remove my review. My mother didn't sign the contract or pay Ship it Quick. I did. I'm 50 years old, not 15. v. Why would I remove a review that's true? Empty threats of legal action? A small mom & pop transport company? Well I wouldn't. Finally, if you wish to pursue a legal case against me for defamation of character and/or slander, knock yourself out. The burden of proof is on you. I publicly slandered no one. Defamation of character and/or slander is defined as when someone says something publicly against another person or entity, that they knew to be false/untrue. I did no such thing. You have a big nothing burger & you're threatening me? To sue me? You have no clue who I am. You have no concept of my ability to fight back & win. You'll need a good attorney to file your lawsuit for defamation of character and slander.Your proof of this is my review?Your "lawsuit" will be dismissed for lack of evidence or my failure to acknowledge or even appear & your case will be dismissed. So, take me to Judge Judy. You wanted me to remove the review? I could've. But instead I decided to amend it, as I had been wrong about the payment. Everything else? Is true. Follow the link below & watch the video I made about the CTS V that was totaled 3 months ago by my cousin, that forced me to find another one. I thought that was tough & it was. https://youtu.be/y3FlQAnTXx4 The anguish I was put through by your employee, who refused to tell me where my CTS V was after having possession of it for 3 days, was almost as bad as what my cousin did to my pride & joy. It was a foolish thing to do. A MISTAKE. You want me to remove this? Refund my money & I will. Sincerely, Leslie Anne Cook Sustaita Dallas

Leslie, We apologize you feel the level of service was not up to your standards. We do appreciate your retraction in regards to the confusion of payment, defamation doesn’t ring so true anymore now that you’ve cleared that up. Mistake or not, a false criminal allegation posted on a public forum without proof or further investigation of any sort, well, that is the definition of slander and defamation of Mr. Froio’s character and is totally grounds for a suit. But that’s only scratching the surface, as you admitted to doing above, we also have physical threats you sent him via text message and if you need us to share those records as proof we can and will. We really do appreciate anyone’s feedback so long as it’s honest. Ship It Quick did not have possession of your vehicle as we are a broker, we clearly state this in the initial call as well as our contract, not in the fine print. We do not serve as the drivers employer he represents our contractor. We do our best to know the exact whereabouts of every customers vehicle during transit, however it can sometimes be difficult as drivers cannot always access the phone for safety reasons, they are either driving or resting but they update us as much as they can in between. Similar concept as shipping a package, we have tracking but things do get mixed up and delays can happen, I hope you don’t curse and threaten to do harm to your mail courier because the plane the parcel travelled on was delayed do you? As you admit yourself in your amendment you did threaten, curse and degrade Mr. Froio from start to finish and he still made himself available at midnight on a Saturday to assist you the best he could. Mike is nothing less than professional and we agreed that the only person he should communicate with at that point was your mother since she took it upon herself to be available to us and she was extremely helpful. Our service and customer reviews speak for themselves. If we’ve ever stolen from or disrespected any of our customers even close to the manner you speak of, it would be safe to say we would have a far grimmer reputation. We are not perfect and we have had our fair share of unhappy customers due to our own error, that’s unavoidable. I’ve never witnessed anyone treat another human being the way Leslie treated Mike from start to finish, we truly thought it was one big prank from a competitor. Comparing not knowing exactly where your car was at all times during vehicle transit to a bad car crash a family member was involved in (seeming to only care about the car) should be like comparing apples to oranges, in your case however, I’m not at all shocked to find it’s apples to apples. Physical threats and cursing at our staff who work tirelessly to go above and beyond will never be tolerated, just as I’d hope you wouldn’t tolerate in your workplace. You are free to say whatever you feel about the level of service you think you received, we really do value that, but we will defend ourselves when there are false criminal allegations posted publicly about us. It may seem like a “Judge Judy” case to Leslie as she so eloquently put it, but when Mr Froio has to defend himself against a lie that was told against him publicly, it becomes problematic to say the least since this is how he feeds his family. We will no longer ask you to remove your review an as you have retracted your criminal allegations. Thanks again Leslie, I hope we can come to a civil resolution one of these days but this will serve as our final response. Best wishes.
