During our PCS move, my wife filled an online quote to ship her car from Seattle to DC. We were contacted by multiple individuals including Mike. However, Mike stood out from the rest of the crowd for his professionalism, honesty and he was upfront with the cost. He also told us not to worry about anything else. During the delivery, my brother was unable to pick up the car and the shipping company kept the car in storage. My wife and I were both out of town and we had issues getting in touch with the carrier. Mike went out of his way to assist us in getting in touch with the carrier and ensured we received the car from storage. I had heard a lot of horror stories and I was hoping I would not fall into that category. Most of our communication with Mike was outside business hours; however he promptly responded to my questions. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Mike.

Neil- Thank you for the kind words. I know things got a little hectic with the drop off, but we managed to stay in touch and get the job done. Even if it was after hours on a Friday night. Please keep us in mind for future ships.
