VERY POOR SERVICE. INCONVENIENCE

AFTER ALMOST 4 MONTHS OF CONTACTING THIS COMPANY, THE "OWNER" CONTACTED ME TO COMPROMISE MY OLD NEGATIVE RATING ON THIS SITE.
THIS IS MY OLD REVIEW THAT THEY REMOVED SAYING THAT I HAD NOT HAD BUSINESS WITH THEM- This is a continuation of their very poor costumer service. After a day that I cancelled my business with them, this nonsense company still trying to call me and saying that they are still working to get a driver to get my Van to MS, they were saying they will refund my deposit and they will shoulder it out of their own pocket and still insisting their crappy performance with me. I told them everytime that I needed the Van in MS before the 17TH OF APRIL, now tell me how are they gonna do that when it is already the 13th and they were saying they going to pick it up on the 14th? 2-3 days of shipping? how are they gonna do that? are they going to drive my Van so it can get there? I AM REALLY REALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THESE COMPANY AND WITH THE PEOPLE WORKING IN HERE. THE WORST COSTUMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD. WAITING FOR 2 FREAKING WEEKS!!! PLEASE HOPE THE POEPLE WHO'S LOOKING FOR THEIR CARS TO BE MOVED, DON'T EVEN TRY TO CONTACT THESE POEPLE. VERY DISAPPOINTED. :(

TODAY I CALLED ROLAND, THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY AND HE WAS TRYING TO COMPROMISE WITH ME TO HAVE MY NEGATIVE REVIEW TO BE REMOVED ON THIS SITE WHICH THEY ALREADY DID BEFORE I TALKED TO HIM. AND HE SAID THAT THEY'RE GONNA GIVE ME ANOTHER CHECK JUST TO MAKE ME FEEL BETTER, AND I TOLD HIM THAT ITS NOT THE PROBLEM, I TOLD HIM THAT BECAUSE OF THEIR BAD SERVICE I NEEDED TO RENT A CAR FOR A WEEK WHICH COST ME ALMOST $600, AND I SAID TO HIM THAT IF THEY MAKE IT EVEN WITH THE DAMAGE THAT THEY CAUSE ME, I'M GONNA REMOVED MY REVIEW. AND HE'S NOT QUITE HAPPY WITH IT AND I SAID THAT'S FINE WITH ME, AND THEN HE GOTS REAL RUDE ON ME ON THE PHONE, SAYING THAT HE'S GONNA CALL THEIR ATTORNEY COZ IM BLACKMAILING THEM, WHICH IN THE FIRST PLACE HE IS THE ONE WHO CONTACTED ME THRU EMAIL TRYING TO COMPROMISE. SO, IN CONCLUSION THIS COMPANY REALLY HAS A PROBLEM WITH COSTUMER SERVICE.
