This was my first and possibly last time shipping a car. I've had trouble with general moving companies before so imagine how nervous I was about a vehicle. What I liked about this company is that I could always get my rep on the phone. Even if he didn't have any news yet. It took them 6 days from the available pick up date and I was becoming more and more worried as I was catching a plane to Hawaii on the 8th day (they say to give them 7 days) Well, Robert worked hard on it as it was difficult getting a driver to go to a border town (Laredo Tx) but my daughter just graduated from Texas A&M and this was her present from me so I had to have the car delievered ASAP. Her and my grandson were riding in an old cluncker with no ac! The driver they found me ended up being from Houston no less! He was the friendliest man. My daughter had to go to San Antonio (2 hrs more north) so it shaved 4 hrs off for the dirver so when he got there, he gave my daughter back 40.00 cash that he didn't use for the gas!!!!! How honest is that!!! So instead of paying 700.00 the original quote we ended up paying 660.00 and she was happy about that extra cash in her pocket! Although I didnt some worrrying through the whole process, my over all experience was incredible! Much better than distrurous as it so easily could of been in these kinds of transactions. Thank you Robert, you are way cool in my book!!!!
