My truck is going from Montana to Miami, FL. I had initially gone with another company. This company charged me the deposit and didn't pick up my truck in Montana. I asked for a refund for over 2 weeks and finally had to file a dispute with my bank. I still needed to get my truck! Ship Any Car's local Miami agent, Eric, followed up (but not in an annoying way), so I had another option with Ship Any Car. Only took 6 days to find a truck to be dispatched for my vehicle. They maintained great communication. Finally, when the driver came to pick up my truck, he took pictures, we spoke and I felt like my truck was in good hands. After a poor experience with AutoTransport123, Roland and the team at Ship Any Car demonstrated competence and great service. I trust that they know what they're doing in the car shipping business.
