We chose this company based on several factors: comprehensive website, DOT registration/license, BBB affilation, the positive comments on this site & the honest and professional customer service provided by Gene Kursky. He answered all our questions, promptly responded to every email and phone call and more importantly, did everything he said he would do including picking up the vehicle during our very liimited 3 day window when we could deliver the car to the carrier. The price, although not the lowest we received, was fair and reasonable and did not change - no hidden fees or added costs. The driver was very professional and on time! Thank you Gene for great customer service and not making any promises you could not keep!
