I am posting a second time because this company claimed I was not a customer to get the review taken down. This after they offered to pay me to remove it. Below is my invoice and receipt for deposit to prove otherwise.

Now the review:
Although Lenny was very nice and courteous the actual move was terrible. The pick up was set for 9am-10am on Saturday. I was given a number for the transport company in case something happened. At 11:30 when they were not there yet and I had not heard from anyone I called the number given and got the recording "mailbox is full". I called Lenny and got a recording. Finally at 12pm I got a call from the transport company saying the truck was in front of my apartment building and I needed to drive to meet them. When I got there neither of the people picking up my car spoke a single bit of English. I have no idea what they were telling me, but they managed to get my car. On Tuesday of the week 3 hours before they were supposed to deliver I get a call saying they would not be able to make it until the next day. After a lot of back and forth they agreed to get it to me in the morning before work. Wednesday morning i get a call from what I finally realize is the driver trying to deliver, but he doesn't speak a word of English. I couldn't understand what in the world he was trying to tell me. Finally hanging up I get a call from the transport company telling me he is outside waiting for me... he wasn't... when he finally got there he admitted not speaking English and not even working for the transport company, and not really knowing what i was supposed to do with the paperwork.... Thank God my car was fine, and it made it in one piece but I will not be using this company again.
