Sherpa Auto transport very poorly coordinated the move of my auto with the driver. The drivers either do not see and care for the contract or it is not coordinated well. I was supposed to know a day in advance when the driver will pick the vehicle up, drivers came within 30 minutes of calling us that he is coming to pick the car up. Now our contract said delivery is within say May 18-20. the driver calls to want o deliver the vehicle on 17th when we are not there and threatens that we will be charged $100/night to storage. it took couple of emails and phone call to get it straight thru Sherpa. Lastly, the driver would not accept the certified check which is the form Sherpa wanted us to pay in, after a 30 minute haggle, he did accept the certified check. i have had my vehicle transported by other companies in the past with no such issue. this time i chose Sherpa, as they were showing number 1 transport company, i totally disagree. To me they are a 2 star company, with very poor coordination with drivers of the car.
