I was so impressed by the customer service of Sherpa. Their agent Jonathan followed up with me about my quote and explained their services and offers to me. When I told him I was likely going to use another company because of the price, he helped me make sure I was getting an honest quote from the other companies I was considering, without pressuring me just to use their service. In the end I chose Sherpa only based on this service from Jonathan as I felt like I could really trust Sherpa with getting the job done at the fixed cost they promised. There were cheaper companies I could have used, but I felt confident that Sherpa would get the job done well and securely for me. And they did! Thanks you guys!
