Scheduling is a Nightmare

To the point summary... - You say you need your car there on the 27th and that the 26th is not agreeable, the truck driver shows up on the 22nd. - Truck driver has no place to leave your car and you must pay them over the phone using either the drivers Zelle account and/or an app on your phone. If you want the driver to bring your car back at the agreed upon day/time you will be asked to pay them another $300 - I had to pay $300 to have the car towed to a yard until I arrived on the 27th. - Sherpa refunded $300 for car towing, but only after I complained about their initial offer of $150 - Phone operators are professional, but logistics is a nightmare - Not all trucking companies they use have a yard to leave your car in - some do and some dont - very inconsistent experience - Sherpa says they are open to take calls on weekend; this was not the case. Every number I Googled said they were closed. - Buyer Beware - they tell you 5-8 days to deliver your car, but it might be 3 days in this case and it wont be when you agreed to have it delivered. You are at the mercy of the truck drivers in cases like this, where they try to strong arm you to pay them additional money to bring your car back.

Ryan, we're disappointed to hear you didn't enjoy your experience. The Sherpa team strives to do our very best on every transport and when we fall short, we do what it takes to make it right. If you read other reviews you'll see that the vast majority of our customers have a wonderful experience. When they don't we take the appropriate steps to make it right, as we did in your case when we refunded your money. Additionally, we are sorry you had trouble connecting with us originally. After reading your review, we conducted a thorough audit of our hour listings across multiple sites and can confirm that they are up to date. Again, we're sorry you didn't enjoy working with us and appreciate your feedback.
