I researched car transport services and was frankly quite concerned. From my first contact with Sherpa I felt no pressure. Their contact people were happy to answer all my questions and to provide useful information to help me understand the process, what I was going to get, how much it would cost and why it cost that much. Once I made the decision to use their service I was updated at each step in the process. When I had a question about a problem I had contraction the driver Sherpa contacted the driver immediately and were back to me within 30 minutes. The driver was 2 hours later than the scheduled pickup time but called in advance to set up a new time and was on time. I was contacted by the driver the day before delivery with a drop off time. I was called again when he was 10 miles out to discuss the drop off location. My home is on a narrow country road that would be difficult for his large truck to navigate. We discussed 3 other locations on the phone. The driver listened to me about problems with the first two and settled on a location satisfactory to both of us. In other words the driver was easy to communicate with which closed my transaction with Sherpa on a very satisfactory level.
