I had a car shipped from Washington State to Georgia. I paid a significant amount of money to try to ensure the safety of the new vehicle. However, it arrived late, unloaded in the wrong location, with multiple points of damage including a completely shattered back window. I could not reach their customer service to make a claim and so far I have had to contact my own insurance agency to try to deal with fixing the car. Even worse, the driver could barely communicate with me in English, but he did know how to try bribe me with cash! What a joke of a business. The whole experience was a nightmare.
0/10. Easily the worst commercial transaction I have ever made in my life. To be as polite as possible, I would avoid doing any business with Sherpa.
