Gave shipper every option for delivery. Was not in a hurry for delivery. All I wanted was honest communication concerning pickup and delivery. I was told time and time again vehicle would be picked up and given delivery date. Never happened. Shipper told me numerous times he would call and confirm pickup.NEVER HAPPENED. I had to initiate all contact. I would NEVER use this shipper under any circumstances. Totally unreliable. He never kept his word even about returning my calls. Don't waste your time with this shipper!!! Very frustrated!!
