Poor customer service

Delivery of my 1999 Passat went smoothly, until we looked at the drivers side rooftop. The scratches and dent appeared to be a result of the transport. Unfortunately, the transporter rejected proper customer service by refusing to submit the claim through his companies’ insurance. I will submit the claim through my insurance carrier and will pay the deductible, but will suggest that future customers of Secured Auto Transport, LLC referred by Chariot Auto (excellent customer service) diligently review the delivered auto for damages before signing off on any claim.
