I was contacted by Troy with Secure Auto Transport and given a quote by him on 09/16/08. He had a decent price and quickest pick up and delivery time so I gave him my credit card info with the understanding that he could not charge my card unless he received a signed contract back which he never did. I explained to him that the truck was not purchased yet and I was waiting on the bank. The truck came back as a total loss on the carfax report therefore, we did not proceed with the purchase. I tried to contact Troy back on 09/17/08 to let him know that we would not need transporting services at this time but he would not answer my calls nor return my calls when I left numerous voice messages. I decided to dial different extensions until I received a live body and I finally spoke to Jeff who a little rude because I contacted him but he had Troy contact me. I explained to Troy what came up about the truck and he said ok but keep them in mind for future transports should I need them. No problem. Then, on 09/18/08 I saw the charge on my online bank statement for $275.00. I called and called Troy to never have him answer, I left voicemail after voicemail to never receive a call back, I contacted customer service who never answers, and once again started dialing extensions again until I reached Debbie. She was furious when I told her what happened, gave me the boss's name to fax a letter to him about Troy, gave me his direct extension and all. She always answered the phone when I would call about this guy and worked with me to try and get my money back supposedly but I still don't have my $275.00 back yet. These people are scam artists and must hve taken scam classes instead of transport service classes because they can take your money better than providing any other services. I am not giving up on getting my money back. I have filed a dispute with my bank and am working on getting my card credited. It is ashame they have folks out there that do this kind of thing to honest people. These folks SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!
