I contacted Debbie who answered her extension everytime I called at first . She promised pick up on the 16th . I postponed a vacation to wait for them . Thursday came and went with no calls from anyone and Debbie would not answer the phone . Friday no one called and Debbie would not answer and customer service would not answer. No one will return the calls when you leave messages either. Saturday ( Today ) no one will answer even though Debbie's machine says she will be there from 11 to 3 . I left another message and will see what happens . RUINED MY VACATION !!!! They have taken a deposit on a credit card so that will have to be put in dispute . I will not use or recommend this company . Wish I would have read these reviews here first !!
