Very dishonest company

I was flying to Ct. and flying right back to AZ. I explained the dilema to Secure auto transport wich was Mike Perez. He promised me my vehicle would be picked up from the hotel before I left for AZ. Which was a Friday. I recieved a call from Mike before I left AZ he asked if it would be ok if the vehicle was picked up on Thurs. I said fine. Friday came I had heard nothing> I called the company and spoke with Zack the owner. He said go ahead and get on the plane it will be picked up this afternoon. My husbands tools and our belonginbgs were in the truck. I left the key with the hotel where we had beeen staying the last ight months. I got back to AZ the hotel had called me and said the truck had never been picked up. I called the company again on MOnday morning I spoke with Vanessa in customer service. She had nothing but lies to give me. Wednesday came around I was calling to cancel the move and I recieved call from a lady named Tracy with TNT transport she said she had just pulled the load off the board. Said her driver would get the truck picked up. I explained to her I had left over 8 voice mail messages and 8 emails and to this date I have ever recieved a call from them. They also failed to let the trucking company know that we had our belongings in the truck. This whole ordeal was a nightmare that I would never do again and I would never recommend this company to anyone. What ever happen to honesty and itergrity?

Mrs. Ortiz booked an order with Secure to transport her vehicle from Ct. to AZ. On the first day of her 2 day pick up window she stated that she was flying out that day and we then asked if there was anyone she could leave the car with. She decided to leave the vehicle with the hotel front desk. She directly asked me if we were going to transport her vehicle or not at which point we reassured her. The original hauler had mechanical problems so the quickest we could get a new hauler out there was on thurs of the following week.
