Overall, Mike's service was above average. The first problem that I had was with communication. He had a very heavy accent and I did not understand what he was saying to me. Secondly, my car was being delivered before I arrived in Maryland and that was not what I agreed to nor was it in the contract. I had to call Cathy with Big Brothers to assist. I assume she took care of everything because my car arrived the day after I arrived. There was no damage - just a dirty car which is expected when it is not enclosed. I would use them again.
