Late pickup and delivery, no communication

We dispatched a load to SK trucking and they did not contact us when the pickup AND delivery were both delayed by several days. Our client was extremely inconvenienced by all the delays. They got phone calls day after day from the driver who kept saying it would be "the next day" and just kept delaying day after day. They communicated directly with the client and NEVER with our office for obvious reasons. If you want something done on time, and happy clients - look elsewhere.
