Great company to do business with....

After trying another company out of Wheeling, IL called Stateway Auto Transport that claimed they could do more than a broker because they were also a "carrier" but soon found that each time I called and requested a firm price and firm delivery date always got their voice mail and then each return call was with a different person and never did receive a firm email quote and pick up date! Obviously this was really, really frustrating and very unprofessional.
Then called Laura at Safeway and she discussed how they did business and referred me to Mike who carried the ball each step of the way - gave me a price that was accurate (did not play the bait and switch low price quote today and then increases $200 next week as you get close to a pick up date) and answered the phone almost every time!
In addition to providing a price that stuck Mike gave me a pick up date that was right on the money with no delays (because of my first group of transport company lies and spins I lost out on a very nice Cadillac XTS).
But everything ended on a positive note THANKS TO THE NEWSON'S - GUESS THE BEST COMPLIMENT I COULD GIVE IS THIS A VERY STONG FRIENDS AND FAMILY REFERRAL.
I COULD NOT EXPECT A HIGHER LEVEL OF HONESTY AND ETHICS WITH PRICE AND PICK UP DATES THAT BOTH WERE ACCURATE AND THAT WAS ON THE FIRST CALL!
