My mailbox, was (and STILL is) OVERLOADED with emails from brokers and transport companies LITERALLY Begging for my business. Some companies are sending 2-3 at a time! I received ONE initial dames email and choose to respond on my own. Alex was courteous AND professional from Day 1. From the Very First call, he was extremely detailed and explained the process in a way that could be understood, as it had been sometime since we'd shipped a vehicle. He took EVERY moment to answer ANY question I had and gave me the opportunity to call & check around, as they DO compete and beat their competitors' prices. Of course, I chose Alex and Safeway Auto, despite the many choices and ALL of the disgusting and rude "Pushy Used Car Salesman" types that I had to literally hang up on to get them off my phone. One company tried to get me to go AGAINST my husband and when I chose another company, be called me back to try to force my hand! UNBELIEVABLE! Once I decided to go with Alex, he was ALWAYS available for me, day or night! If I couldn't get him (or him, me) via phone, emails were ALWAYS answered IMMEDIATELY! He CONTINUOUSLY kept me abreast of EVERYTHING that was going on with my pick-up, including showing me, NOT just telling me, but ACTUALLY SHOWING me a screenshot of my place on the leaderboard for dispatch vehicle pickups, and when he felt like things weren't moving fast enough, although I had a vast window to ship my vehicle, Alex made sure that he did ALL that he could to make assure that it was picked up SOONER, rather than later. Alex just seems to be a GENUINELY GOOD PERSON, who cares about his job and the people he's doing the job for, therefore making sure he ALWAYS does a GREAT job! This was my 3rd time shipping a vehicle, but my SECOND time shipping with SAFEWAY AUTO TRANSPORT. If and/or when I'd have to do it again, UNDOUBTEDLY, ALEX AND SAFEWAY AUTO IT IS!!! THANX ALEX, FOR DOING SUCH AN AMAZINGLY AWESOME JOB! IT WAS AN ABSOLUTE PLEASURE DOING BUSINESS WITH YOU! SAFEWAY AUTO TRANSPORT IS ***THE ONLY*** WAY TO TRANSPORT!!! :-)
