Do not, under any circumstances, use this broker.

Chase took my deposit money, assured it me was fully refundable, and then only told me it wasn't 12 hours after the fact.

Chase made no effort to find a carrier for me ahead of the date of pick-up. When I then tried to cancel, Chase ignored 6+ emails and 6-10 phone calls over a 48-hour period. At one point, Chase hung up on me immediately after I identified myself. I'm sure Chase will try to yell and call 'Liar!' and 'FAKE!' like he apparently does to everybody that he uses this lame trick on, but luckily for me I have documentation of every phone call and email, and if you are considering using his services, I would be glad to share all of them with you.

If Chase refunds my money, as he repeatedly promised he would, I will delete this review.
