My winter tires were stolen (it is really sad to see this happen in Canada), if my child's car seat was new they would have stolen that too.

The shipping company had the key to my car so who stole them ? also the real question is "will a set of 4 winter tires change your life ?" I hope it will for the worse and karma get back to you.

My car's wheel bearings were damaged, this is common when the shipping company does not know how to tie a car securely and professionally. If a car is tied unprofessionally with the vibrations along the way there can be damages to wheel bearings. Yes, the wheel bearing replacement are costly I paid $750 to replace them.

The shipping of my car cost me a lot of money and headache, I will never recommend SVP to anyone, as I am very unsatisfied and angry customer.

When the owner decided to move his vehicle with SVP Auto Shipping he was advised that he could put his tires in the trunk of his vehicle at his own risk. Unfortunately, his tires went missing along the way (a very rare thing to happen), and we contacted the car carrier company and the rail line to investigate this situation. That is why we recommend that nothing is in your vehicle when it is being shipped, and if you want to have tires in your vehicle, you do so at your own risk. When vehicles are secured on car carriers and rail cars today they use straps on car carrier), and use a chuck system (rail car) to secure a vehicle in place. At no time is there anything near the bearings of a wheel. When the owner mentioned to me about the problem, I asked him to send us an estimate. According to the estimate, the mechanic stated that the bearing on the 2009 vehicle was worn out, so the failure of his bearing was caused by basic wear and tear. With all shipping companies, the exterior of your vehicle is insured while it is being moved, the under carriage, interior, and the electrical/mechanical systems are not included. The owner read and signed the terms and conditions, which stated this.
