I ordered furniture from Ikea. When I did, I was given a delivery date of 12 August. I later received a delivery date of 9 August. I didn’t hear an approximate time so when I called, I was rudely told that it wasn’t coming. It also wasn’t coming the 12th. They have it at their warehouse but couldn’t tell me a date I would get it. Ikea called them and was rudely told the same thing. I’m an hour from the warehouse, they can’t tell me anything. They have a contract they are not fulfilling. I’m reporting to the BBB and contacting a lawyer. I’m paying for a delivery service that they are not providing.
