Breach of contract by said company. I very every intention of going to small claims court. When these trucking companies make a promise to pick up and don't, they are leaving yours and my vehicle at risk! ST Trucking in Federal Way promised to pick up and deliver and we rec'd no call ever, I had to call them. they said they would call me back, never called back. I rec'd a call from the broker apoligizing profusely. She indicated they were not going to pick up the vehicle as it was 100 miles out of their way. I learned this the morning of pick and didn't have a chance in advance to schedule anyone else for the pick up date. St Trucking tried to blame the broker that she changed the location of pick up but the accurate location of pick up was on said contract which they accepted. They tried to fake that they didn't know the location had changed which has to be fabricated because if they thought pick up was in Van Nuys, Ca we would have rec'd contact from them stating they would be picking up the vehicle. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE, THEY ARE SKETCHING IN THEIR BUSINESS PRACTICES, I WILL BE CONTACTING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. You the consumer are officially being warned they are shady. Go at your own risk!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
