Dear customer, we apologize for the inconvenience caused in the transportation of your vehicle. As per our T&C, the dates mentioned are estimated and not guaranteed. We have received options for pick-up on 1/24-25, however they were turned down since route is relatively short and the carriers were not able to meet the delivery restrictions. There was a one-day delay from the carrier, for which they offered a discount. There were no other changes made to the quote you have initially agreed upon.
