Stay away from this unprofessional business. They claim to be fully insured and stand behind their work. More like full of s*%t and hide behind their phones. They delivered my Corvette 6 days late. They had no clue where it was during transport. Their communication and customer service are non-existent. They provided phone numbers for different drivers who never answered their phones or returned messages. They damaged my car both inside and out. They gave me the run around for more than a month. They refused to provide insurance information for a damage claim. They delayed the process and made false promises for more than a month. They passed me from dispatcher, to claims rep (who denied being herself) to the General Manager. GM promised to solve the issue, take action, return calls at certain times etc. All BS. The GM never once followed through on anything he said he would do. He eventually offered less than half the cost to repair the exterior damage only. He was supposed to provide owners contact information. He never did.. He simply stopped answering phone calls or texts. A real scumbag move. If you let SDM Transport Inc move your vehicle and it is damaged, you can expect exactly what I got. No concern, no honesty, no integrity, no apology, no repairs, .nothing but aggravation and frustration. Again stay away, run away from SDM Transport Inc.
