Significant events in the order it happened:

Car was picked up one day late. driver told us that we needed to drive to a truck stop for the pick-up.

While at a truck stop, the driver doing the pick-up asked my son to change the destination from San Diego to LAX. Plane fare to LAX versus San Diego was double.

Car arrived at LAX one day late. My son had to stay at airport until midnight while being promised delivery. It never came that night. My son had to rent a hotel room.

Following day it took till noon after many heated exchanges between the broker, the owner of the transport company David Beg to get the car delivered to my son.

As I sat in Philadelphia helpless, the broker, the owner of SAS and the driver of SAS offered the worst service that could be imagined.

My suggestion:
Never use SAS Remarketing LLC located in Woodbridge, VA.
Never use the broker Progressive Relocation in Florida.
Never use CentralDispatch where the broker found SAS
