No customer serviice, no communication, nada

I couldn't get them on the phone or have them respond to emails.
Their phone was disconnected at one point.
They never replied to any of my several emails or phone calls.
The car was picked up on June 9 and wasn't delivered until June 27. No reply to questions of when to expect car, what was happening, where is car, etc.
Their website talks about their wonderful customer service but no communication at all with me despite my calls and emails to them.
Car was picked up in Boston MA and delivered to Dallas TX.
This was a graduation gift that arrived very late. Not being able to tell my wife or my daughter what was happening made me look like an idiot.
We even considered making a claim with the insurance company that the car had been stolen.
They also promised that I would get a $50 discount for booking with them within 72 hours. They then promised to refund my money from the $100.00 deposit done with Paypal. Their accounting person was to do this but never did. I disputed the issue with Paypal and they still didn't refund my $50.00.

Don't use this company.
