Stay Clear!

Very Friendly dispatcher, Lisa, who will sell you on this "Family Business". Turns out, they just plain lie to you (with every excuse in the book). 5 days in a row they were an hour away and comming to pick up the car. I understand delays, but clearly there was no intention to pick up the car. Most frustrating is they stopped answering their phone and wouldnt return voice mails.
Instead of giving me a reasonable schedule, they just told me what I wanted to hear, even though they couldnt deliver.

She also lied about her service. I had agreed to an enclosed 2 car trailer pulled by a duel wheeled Dodge. Then Lisa slipped and said he was late because They 4 vehicles to drop off. She confessed that there are 2 motorcycles jammed in there with your cars so they can make money.

Finally, Lisa tried to shake me down for another $100, after I had already signed the contract with the broker, saying that the Broker (National Auto Transport) made a mistake on the quote.

Stay away from this fly by night "Family Business"

Update
I just got a phone call from Lisa telling me I'd better get a lawyer because she is suing me over my Review on 8/16.

(same day a good review is posted?). I don't doubt that Ron's Car & Truck Haul is capable of doing a good job for someone. But when problems occur (and they often do in car hauling), Lisa would rather tell me stories than the truth.

My opinion stands, Stay clear.
