I'm not going to go 1 or 0 stars because I got my car, which is the most important part. The driver would probably argue that he wasn't late for pick-up, but the broker had promised me a pickup on the 11th and the carrier didn't contact me until the 12th. It was picked up after 5pm and a 10 point inspection wasn't really performed because "it was too wet" and it was just residual raindrops from Washington weather that couldn't be avoided. The person who was there estimated a 7-10 day delivery to get to Virginia, so I was expecting no later than the 22nd. I tried calling on the 20th, 21st, and 22nd using the drivers number but he never answered. I did get a hold of his dispatch on the 22nd and he said he would get the driver to contact me. And he did, he said he would be coming in on the 23rd. Communication was also difficult because I had a hard time understanding them with their foreign accent. And it wasn't delivered until after 5pm so it was already dark and I wouldn't be able to notice the damages. Even if they had delivered earlier the car was so dirty I probably wouldn't be able to make out the 4 inch dent on the passenger side or the 2 paint punctured spots on the drivers side. Overall though the damage was minimal, the paint damage could be touched up with a little paint and the dent was... well unfortunate but small.
