DO NOT USE RBRT - Mike will make you promises that he does not keep. He quotes you one price and guarantees pick up / delivery and does not honor it. I paid my $105 fee up front and was told I would owe the driver $300 upon delivery for a total of $405. I was also told that my vehicle would be picked up and delivered by 9/8. When the vehicle was not picked up, I tried to call Mike many times, not one return phone call, and he would take over 24 hours to respond to emails. When responded to, he stated that the contract was for a pick up within 7 business days. Then once the transportation company called me about pick up they told me I would owe the $350 - $50 more than what Mike had agreed to. He is a FRAUD, do not trust him.
