If you ever want to transport your vehicle from anywhere to anywhere in USA, stay away from this company. Rock Bottom Rate Auto owner Michael is a total disappointment for transportation business. You'll probably say "what you pay is what you get" but this guy is a serious liar and I have facts to prove it. since October 8th thru October 28th, all I heard from this guy was a total b... s.... and excuses.
He even sent me an e-mail confriming vehicle pick up but when I called the pick up location, they said vehicle was still here and no one called.
This was the most upsetting, frustrating experience I ever had in my whole life. The guy is a pathological liar

we recently fired agents for this reason, we have now gone over to no payment until carrier assigned, not a penny charged until it ships, this guy is either competition posing as a client or prior wonderful agents, 1099 agents. this review is completely false and nonsense. thanks for playing games as you were compensated to slander our firm, www.rockbottomratetransport.com, thanks. disregard this slandered nonsense, haters, what can you do?
