Terrible! Do not use. We used frieght.com and they gave us to Roadrunner to pick up an antique barber chair (1950's) that I needed for work- at my barber shop. They never called the shipper and left a note on his door- we tried again- they called, verified time between 1-4 pickup with shipper- never showed up. We called dispatch and the guy asked if we could break it down!!!! An antique hydrolic barber chair!!! OMG- never again- we had to call UPS and wait another WEEK to recieve my chair for my job!! It costs 200.00 more to ship it that way but believe me- DO NOT GO WITH ROADRUNNER!!!

They quote cheap because that is what you get- NO SERVICE.
