To begin, I just graduated from college and was looking forward to moving to Nevada from St. Louis to further my career however, this experience stressed me out so much! All correspondence was between Nick and I. Nick sent several emails with quotes. I asked if there were any discounts that could be given. He said he could offer me a discount which made the cost $675. I agreed and called Nick to schedule my pickup date which was very soon. I needed either same day pickup or a couple days after. I asked Nick if he was able to do so and he said YES. I also asked if he was a broker or a carrier and he told me he was indeed a carrier. That was a lie which is why it took so long to transport my vehicle. He had to do the same thing I was doing which was searching for a carrier. The communication between Nick and I went sour after I began to speculate that he was a broker. I would call Nick and he would say that he was not at the office and give me a time frame that he would call me back. This action repeated several times during the transaction. I was very patient with this company. Never raising my voice only raising questions and they were never answered correctly. When my vehicle (2007 Chevy Impala) was finally picked up I could not track it. Nick was also no longer my contact. My order was "passed off" to the White Hawks Auto, LLC. The dispatcher was very pleasant however, the driver little English. I did not receive door-to-door service either way. Pickup or drop off. My elderly mentors and I literally had to meet the driver. This was a HUGE inconvenience to my mentors who took off of work to make sure my car was transported since my flight had already departed St. Louis.

My car was delivered and the driver sweared that he could not find the entry to the property. He constantly exhaled and pleaded to meet me. Well I did not have to go far because he was outside the gate the whole time! He didn't speak much only said "Money" and rubbed his hands together signaling a payment. It was night time so the next morning I inspected my vehicle and found several black smudges that would not come off no matter how hard I cleaned. They were on the ceiling, arm rest, door, headboard, and seat.

I was told to pay White Hawks Auto $650 but I had already made a deposit of $140.00 so I was confused. The dispatcher told me to contact "the broker". When I contacted Nick he was very rude asking "Who told you to deposit $140.00 anyways?!" The required deposit was $50. I told Nick that I thought I could pay ahead of time and pay the difference upon arrival. So, I asked Nick to refund me my money. He said he would take care of it. It is now 2 weeks later. I contacted Nick this past Monday and asked did he send the request and he said he did however, nothing was posted. It only takes 3-10 business days to reverse payment. I notified Nick and he said he was not at the office and would call me back in an hour.Never happened. I emailed him. No correspondence. I checked with my bank and they assured me that nothing has been posted at all. Now I have to go through my bank to get a refund. All of this could have been avoided if Nick was honest. This whole experience has me on edge about transporting my vehicle. Next time, I will transport myself or simply sell it.

The total amount for my transport turned out to be $700 instead of $650 as originally quoted.
