After dealing with two companies to get our broken down vehicle transported 10 hours home I was finally in contact with Roadrunner Auto and there service was impeccable. They did exactly what they said they were going to do and gave us notifications on the way. I was pleasantly surprised to see our vehicle show up one day early. I dealt with two other companies that had lower bids but I came to find out that that is how some companies scam their customers by offering low bids and doing the old “ bait and switch”. The first company supposedly had one of their vehicles canceled so then they had to cancel my vehicle. The second company supposedly had a truck breakdown so he was unable to pick up my vehicle. After five days of dealing with them I went with this company and my car was delivered in two days.
