BUYER BEWARE. I just shipped 2 cars cross country with Roadrunner and had a horrible experience. 1) One of my cars arrived over 2 weeks late even though i booked it almost 2 months in advance. (and they left me in the dark for the entire time..i kept calling and they wouldn't answer or call back and the only way i got them to help me was when i threatened to call the police as i was concerned that my car had been stolen) 2) I reached out to them on multiple occasions before and during and nobody would return calls or answer my questions. 3) They would not take responsibility for their lack of communication, their poor service, their lack of follow through, and their sales team over promising and under delivering, etc. 4) They deflected, denied and wouldn't even talk to me about the fact that due to their delays, i ended up having to spend around $1500+ extra on a rental car and on the additional fees that they decided to add on at the last minute, as they claimed they couldn't find a transport driver and that along with the price of gas caused them to upcharge me 3 days in advance. I would never use this company again and i would advise any of you to stay clear as they will be incredibly kind when selling you, and then ignore neglect and will not communicate once you have signed and paid them. BE CAREFUL AS I AM FAIRLY CONFIDENT THAT YOU WILL REGRET WORKIING WITH THIS UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNCARING COMPANY,

Sam, thank you for providing us with an opportunity to apologize for the issues that occurred with your vehicle’s shipment. Unfortunately, because delays are common during ground transportation and circumstances like this cannot be anticipated we always advise that all dates are estimated and are subject to change and never provide compensation for accommodations such as flights rentals and lodging. Our carriers are owner operators who set their own pricing and because the overall costs of traveling have increased due to inflation in addition to higher diesel prices, your route cost more than originally anticipated. We will always present you with all available options we receive, and you will be given the opportunity to accept or deny any carrier.
